wwvb as clock for prop?

This past Father's day I was given my first WWVB based clock. It got me thinking. Would it be possible to use Rayman's prop radio (http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?p=743002 to receive the wwvb time signal? I know there have been a number of threads looking to use the prop as a clock and the drift isn't bad over the course of a day. An once a day update would probably be good enough to keep the time "accurate" for many applications.
Maybe one could include a small thermocouple and build a table of clock frequencies vs temperature to improve performance.
Unfortunately this isn't something I've got time to work on right now. I also don't know anything about the radio part of it but I thought I'd suggest it and see if people think it's even possible.
Guess I should add that this probably wouldn't be very helpful to people outside the US, southern Canada, and northern Mexico. Although, maybe there are other broadcasts with longer range/better worldwide coverage....
