USB to Stamp-2

Anybody have a schematic that details how to build a USB connection to the STAMP-2 processor. Like the board of education USB version.

Want to build a board with a USB connector; the Stamp-2 processor and my circuit.

Does anybody have any experience with this UM232R. As far as I can tell this unit is what the USB connector on the Board of Education is. Different packaging of course.
