Anouncing Alpha Release of Schematic and PCB Exchange

Well I have put together a schematic and PCB exchange.

it is still in its infancy but everything except edit works at the time I am writing this.
Need suggestions on what categories need to be added.

I will be releasing the beta which i expect to be similar to this on Tuesday and announcing a design contest to go along with the release.

Please tell me if you can find any bugs and/or have suggestions of categories to add.

For the first 3 weeks I will require all registered users to be forum members so people can get the same username. after that I will take out the restriction.

For added security I give you the option to store a password(more accurately a salted MD5 of password) on my site or to have my server validate off parallax instead.

So it's intended to be a site where users can store and share their PCBs? Propeller PCBs? Are you going to validate that they work? Will you have the same licensing as the Parallax obex? What about people who just post a BMP of their PCB, not the orriginal file? What is the purpose of the exchange?

I think it's a nice idea, but it won't become widely used unless if you get good seed files, have good graphics (the site looks nice, not just 1990's style), and it's officially supported by Parallax.

i added a schematic to the site. proper way to hook up a switch. It is ment for people to upload images of how to properly do little things or upload there schematics.

It is just in alpha right now. I will be integrating it into my template system and making it look nicer soon.

The hope is most people would upload gerber or cad files for PCB
