Need help expanding the I/O's on a basic stamp

I'm expanding the I/O's on my basic stamp using the 74HC165 and the 74HC595 shift registers. Could anyone give me any information where I could buy a kit or modules that would allow me to complete this project without building my own PC boards? Thanks very much!

Have you tried using just a solderless breadboard and jumper wires?

I do my initial work with solderless breadboards, then when I'm satisfied -- and want a permanent setup -- I move to Vector boards. Just about every supplier carries them, including Radio Shack (!). They come under different names, but are basically pre-punched PC boards with differing copper patterns on them. There are even copperless boards useful for wire wrapping.

Thanks for the input, guys. I think I'd rather use a PC board with some type of connector I can interface with, if I can find one.

I make my own PC Boards frequently, but I've seen some great work from people using expressPCB.com. Post your expansion schematic and I'll see if I can input it into their design software to generate a board file for you, and I'll post that here. Three of boards are $51.00

Thanks Dave, We have used the same program. We thought we might have to go that route.
