Gps Reciever Moduels

So i was thinking about doing a gps tracking project and i was wondering what the difference between these two products besides the price.

The more expensive one is easier to use, it has an additional processor to make things simpler for you. You can send a command to it and receive just the info you want such as speed, direction, altitude etc...

With the other one you will have to parse the data coming from the GPS to get the info you want.

The more expensive one will probably work better with a basic stamp, while the propeller can easily handle the cheaper.
