Demo board question

I have been reading through the manual and am now ready to try the demo board.
Is there already some kind of 'test' program loaded into the board?
I am assuming there must be as I can't imagine sending the board out raw....just wondering
if I should go ahead and connect a kbrd, mouse and VGA or if I must download some
kind of test program and install onto the demo board first?

So, is the demo board loaded and ready to run something when power is first applied
or must I find something suitable to load into it?

(now where did I put all those spare wall warts)

I think it runs a graphics demo with TV output.

If you plug it in the LEDs on the board pulse back and fourth until they stop and they all light in a dimming fashion. I imagine it then shows a VGA demo, but I am not sure. I just got mine yesterday so I saw it in action!

If it's not Parallax then don't even bother. :-)

The last Demo Board I got about three weeks ago, bundled with the IICCV7 for Propeller, had the graphics·demo for VGA and NTSC loaded. Both ran on each display·at the same time.·I plugged in one VGA monitor and Tim's NSTC Monitor, and·had output on both monitors.· Your Mileage May Vary.
