PC Oscilloscope recommendations?

Previously I had a DSO-2090 USB that I bought from ebay but it has since died.· Also since it
is made in China, I'm basically SOL because I can't get it serviced or
something.· It wasn't that expensive, around $200 including shipping.
Can someone recommend another scope around the same specs (100MS/s
sampling/40MHz bandwidth) but with better warranty?
Good software would be nice to capture and save waveforms.

I don't know when that will be and talk about it has died away recently. If you can wait it sounds like that bad boy will be the way to go.
But if it isn't going to come out for a while, then what's the point in waiting, right?

1G samples is much more normal now. But 40MHz bandwidth at 100MS/sec was getting too close to the nyquist to be useful.
