    I'm not looking to transmit data, Just tones and voice. (and i ran out of my electronics budget) I'm still going to do a FCC DAA approved circuit, not a full blown DAA circuit but still approved (www.parallax.com/Portals/0/Downloads/docs/prod/stamps/BS2Appnotesv1_9.pdf page 15)
