BoeBot and MS Robotics Studio 2008

Is there some code I need to install and or compile to get my Boe-Bot to work with MS Robotics Studio 2008? When I run the test application in MSRS, it is connecting (Via Serial Port) to the Boe Bot, but I have no controls and the Boe Botto any keyboard or joystick commands. Thanks if you canhelp, as I am getting frustrated waiting for a reply from MS.
