Breakout board for P-TO252-5-11 Package?

At the risk of getting my head bitten off again, I'll ask another question..

I'll try to be as specific as possible...

Does anyone know of any breakout boards suitable for mounting P-TO252-5-11 type devices on (specifically the Infineon BTS 452 R)?

Please provide a web link if you do.

Alternatively, if you know of a fet with very similar specifications that comes in a different package (ideally something I don't have to re-flow solder) please also provide a web link.
