posative ofset square wave

i need to get my javalin stamp to:
1. produce 5 musical notes (attached to a piezo tweeter) then....
2. produce an accurate posative offset (above the half way line on an oscilloscope ) square wave 1250 hz to 40 khz
any code examples would be wicked......thankyou for your time...........
