I'd like to see a modification to the Basic Stamp editor, found in the Prop editor: an underscore in a number is ignored.
I find MyVar = %0011_1111 a lot easier to understand than MyVar = %00111111, and it's even better with a word variable.

P.S., another handy-dandy idea would be an include command, so the lines and lines of definitions and declarations could be hidden.

ETA -- I'd also like to see the Parallax font used -- those graphic symbols are very handy!
