If processor A provides the clock to processor's B and C, what is the reccommended way of connecting the clocks?
Does Clock A directly drive the xtal input of clocks B and C? Via a buffer? I don't know what I am doing.

Use a counter output from A to drive the XIN inputs of B and C. The Prop's pins should have adequate fanout capability to do this without a buffer. However, it's been reported (without further confirmation AFAIK) that the frequency provided by the master Prop is too unstable for the slave Prop(s) to generate correctly-timed VGA output. I can't think of a logical reason for this, though, and would be tempted to try it anyway.

I could not find any spec for the drive of the XO pin, but my guess would be that if the processors were close it would probably work. Adding a buffer should make it a sure thing. If you used one of the counters to put the clock out on one of the I/O pins it should also work.
