Housing for projects

A couple of weeks ago I came across some housing that requires no mechanical (post)processing.
It is a DIN-rail mounted housing manufactured by Wieland
http://www.wieland-electric.de
I designed a pcb for it.
You can find more info on the housings (called WEB-housings) in the attached zipped datasheet.
The pictures show how the pcb's slide into the housing (so the pcb's requires no mounting holes).
The housing I used (size 8) can hold 2 pcb's. The top pcb could hold a LCD which would be protected
by the transparent top cover. The pcb size is 93x89.6mm
If anyone knows of other housings that are as easily handled as these, please tell.

I have used Jiffy Boxes but they have to be laser cut for openings :(

Thats a neat enclosure. Some years ago I used Erni enclosures, but would have to cut holes for RJ45 jacks etc. That one you at least have a chance of doing the external connectors without modification (as you have shown). I like the clear lid.
Price on the Erni was similar.
Nice board btw

I now also have a top pcb. It holds a display, rtc+battery,
and a umFPUv31 (+ optional MAX487) which gives me 2x Analog In (12bits), 2x digital out (turned into
100mA OC outputs) and a buffered bidirectional uart that can be converted to rs485.

It's Only A Stupid Question If You Have Not Googled It First!!
http://www.conrad-international.com/
and type 523780 in quicksearch
That will bring up the productpage.
It also lists some variants (smaller housings).
Dependant on your residence, you can try
http://www.conrad.com
and select your country.

I have ordered a couple of extra large cases for some LED displays. Mark does an excellent job with detail and very reasonable compared to what others would charge for a custom case. I actually got to meet him too as he lives not to far from·some of my in laws·near·Cleveland, OH.
Attached are some measurements that I used for my pcb
for the 89.6mm wide case.
Besides the connectors shown, there is enough 'connector' space
to hold·a VGA connector, RJ11/12/45 and USB and PS/2 sockets as well.
