Where can I get a copy of the documentation for the Propeller Library?

What do you mean by "Propeller Library"?

There's no specific documentation if you're referring to the Propeller Object Exchange. If you're referring to the collection of objects included with the Propeller Tool, most of them come with matching demo programs (along with the Propeller Tool) and either the comments in the demo programs or in the library objects themselves serve as their documentation. In a few cases, like the floating point library, there's a separate document included in the archive in the Object Exchange.

Well when I was reading the Propeller manual in pdf there was a sentence that said "see the “Stack Length” object in the Propeller Library for more information". I'm new to the Propeller so if it is in the Propeller Tool how can I access this?

That would be a reference to the OBEX (object exchange), specifically the Stack Length object.
