Hey guys I have been trying for weeks to find the pinouts for this static ram chip I know it 128K here is what it says on the chip
ZEUS
ZS8128-70
NV-SRAM
0042BH

its 32 pins and its a black epoxy box it doesn't look like a regular ram chip its a dip package but its a block that looks like it is an epoxy

I know its a ram chip it states it on it and I was told its 128K I bought them on close out the company did not have any docs they are socketed so I was hoping to use them if I can just figure out the pin out
if anyone know I would appreciate it very much
thanks

Sorry mikediv, I had no luck either. Ram pinouts are fairly standard, and it sounds like you have a standard chip with a built in battery backup. If they are mounted on a board you may be able to trace the pins to other chips and figure it out, or try one using the standard pinout for a 32 pin 128K chip.
