Frequency Generator

Hello,
I just bought a Prop demo board and I am starting to learn the basics. I use the BSII and the SXB already. I want to generate various square or sine waves at frequencies less than 2MHz. I looked at some of the objects and view the spin code, but I am new at this. Is there any example that I can use to produce a simple wave?
Thanks,

I'll read it and try it out. Looks great.

Here's a real sine wave generator that works up to several kHz:

I read the application note (AN001) on the cog counters. I am new to the prop and I am reading and trying to understanding it. Can someone show me how to produce a square wave of a frequency between 180 and 210 khz. Could I change a value in the constant section to produce that wave form between the range stated (one frequency continuously). I will continue to read about programming the prop. I need this range for an experiment.
Thanks,
