Need help on guitar hero circuit

I realize that my program is slightly too large for my 16 kb chip (Windows said it was 16 kilobytes before I added the explanations, which is usually rounded down). When I run it, it will say "eeprom Full" like it should, but it will highlight something near the middle of the program. My teacher for my Electronics class could not figure it out, so said that some of the memory could be shot, but he didn't think that only some of it could do that. Please help, I'm trying to enter this in the MITES competition in Michigan on Friday. Thanks

    Don't see a program in there (didn't open anything but there was no BS? file.

    It is inside the ZIP file, and it should show up as "program.bse". You can still run it with the BASIC Stamp Editor.
