Propeller fimware updaste over Xbee module

Hi, i need to plan for a project where i need to update the firmware of a propeller based robot over Xbee module.

My question is would it be possible to have kind of a boot loader on the propeller what then gets the new eeprom file from the xbee in packets and then saves each packet to the eeprom until the firmware is complete on the eeprom including the boot loader of course for future updates.
Maybe some one has done some thing like this before and give some tips.

Several years ago there was an XModem downloader written in Spin for downloading WAV files that could be modified for what you want. There's also a YModem client. Here's a link I found by searching for "YModem": http://forums.parallax.com/showthread.php?p=764495.
