What's The Best Cable For A Network

I'm about build a 2-wire network of Stamps, and I need to minimize RF interference.

What's the best 2-wire cable to use?

I picked up some shielded Cat 5 cable on e-bay. It has 4 twisted pairs and a metallic shield to block RF signals. Each twisted pair is twisted at a different rate, to minimize cross talk.
