Problem with PIR sensor

Hello sir,
I have a PIR sensor and I am· using it with Basic Stamp 2.
The problem is after Warmming up for 60 seconds whin it enters into the main loop it automatically getting
triggered though there is no motion. And even after the motion stopped the sensor id autometically triggered.
Please tell me a way so that·I can fixed it.

    What is the power supply going to the PIR sensor? Is it from the BASIC Stamp Vdd pin, or another source?

    Light changes will sometimes trigger the PIR, also make sure the two pin connecter is attached to the L part of the three pin header on the bottom, as attaching it to the H part will make it turn on for longer.
