Best way to control an H-Bridge - Digtal to Analog circuit?

Hello all.
I'm trying to find the best way to control an H-Bridge. I was thinking four MOSFETs and some way to get pulses to be converted into analog pins on a separate device so instead of three pins (Forward, reverse, brake), I only use one of the Stamps pins for pulsing.
Does anyone know of such a thing? I'm sure it's doable... might just need a few parts from Radioshack and new batteries for the old ColdHeat... but shouldn't be too bad.
Thanks,
Jim
