Communication BS2 PINK

Hi, i'm new with all this, so i hope somebody can help me. I followed all the instructions but the communication between my basic stamp and the pink #30013 failed.. Anyone knows? thanks.

    Have you verified your connections?· The sample program is using I/O pins 14 and 15 on the BASIC Stamp.· Do you have it powered correctly?· Can you add a picture of your set up?· This will help us verify the set up.
