BS2 Stamp and PCB Design

I want to design a PCB board that contains a BS2 stam and then all my components. Is there a layout somewhere of the BS2 stamp that I would be able to copy and paste in to my PCB design application? I want to do this inorder to avoid any input errors, etc.

What do I need to open theses with?

Is there a way to either open these files in freepcb (http://www.freepcb.com/) or to export them to that format?
