composite NTSC sprite driver

This is a radically new video driver not based in any way on TV.spin.· I hope everyone enjoys and creates great things with it.

240x240 Composite NTSC with a palette of 88 colors out of 172 colors.· (I have embedded a color grid as an HTML file in NTSC240H.spin.)
8x8 sprites (yes, sprites with full X&Y positioning)
2 - 5 cogs (more cogs for more sprites)

I have also included a C utility to convert an ascii PPM file to a CLUT and color indexes.· The EXE is a command line filter (e.g. ppm2ntsc < bitmap.ppm > bitmap.out).

    Excellent work, best I've seen. Not real useable but great job.

    @ericball

    Is there any chance that we can convince you to change the license to
    MIT and upload it to the Object Exchange?

    Looks good!

    The main difference between my license and the ObEx license is the second clause which only impacts binary only distributions.· At this time I am not prepared to change to the ObEx license.

    Note: PPM2NTSC is not covered by the license and may be considered public domain.
