PE Kit and USB

For some reason my USB is still dropping. I've downloaded the latest drivers for it and done everthing I can think of but plug and play won't find it. I go into device manager and hit scan for hardware changes and nothing. I even tried to add the driver manually.

So I'll probably end up calling customer support unless someone has another idea. I'll probably try it on another computer tonight to see what happens just to rule out my computer as being the problem.

I thought about getting the new Blue tooth card and using that to download my code with. Is that possible and if so how would I go about it?

So I figured out whats wrong. If I tourque the usb wire in the prop clip, it connects. It doesn't make a connection without doing that. So do I have a faulty prop clip or is there something I can do on my end to fix it?

It could be a bad USB socket on the PropPlug or it might be a faulty USB cable. Try a known good USB cable or at least another one.
