Cutdown Propeller Boards.... New PCB required ???

I am designing a new SMT board. I have room for·another pcb of about 1.8"x1.8" (45x45mm).
I have noticed a lot of discussions on other threads requesting a mini version of the Prop Proto Board with just the outline holes of around the prop.
My questions are:
1. Is there a real requirement (from the developers who want·pcbs like this) ?
2. If so, is the current single row of pin holes around the PPB ideal ?
3. Or, would you prefer a tripple row of pins where the outer 2 rows are in Spin Studio format ?
4. Pin holes for the reset switch ?
5. AT24C256 or AT24C512 fitted ? (marginal difference in price)
6. Crystal (thru' hole) fitted or not (5.00MHz or 6.00MHz options) ?
Any other comments ???
Cost estimate would be US$20-$25 + shipping $4.50 AirMail unregistered for maybe up to 16 boards.

Would be great to have a tiny 3.3V regulator and prop-plug header.
One row of pins is fine.
Can you make one with a S29GL016A TSOP48 footprint on the back? :)

With only 2 rows I am not sure that the spin studio headers would work.
I want it to be compatible with cutting down a proto board. The whole purpose would be to be pluged into a users own board, but save having to solder smt.
It would not have a power supply, propplug nor anything else. Sorry, no Steve but I am doing something else
Is there a demand, or am I wasting my time?

I was getting some other designs fabbed so threw down a "90% routed prototype". Should have that set of pcbs back today, so I can PM you photos of what I'm thinking.

Need to make your prop design easier or secure? Get a PropMod has crystal, eeprom, and programing header in a 40 pin dip 0.7" pitch module with uSD reader, and RTC options.

Jazzed: Thanks - I could make it 1.3x1.8" where a single side could be cut doen to 1.3". 1.3" is the minimum pcb size for a single row = 44 pin holes. It would be V-grooved cut. (I have a requirement of the other boards on the panel to be 1.8" approx and this needs to be the dimension in one direction.
If I do it (depends on interest) then it will be at least the 44 identical pins of the prop proto board center section.

Is there any chance you could put some kind of uSD footprint on there, perhaps on the back for manual soldering? If so this would satisfy my need which is for a small volume industrial product. The uSD like you used on the TriBladeProp would be just brilliant.
The 44 pins only need 1.2" x 1.2". Think 12x12=144 holes on a 0.1" grid, then remove the middle 10x10=100 grid leaves 44 pins

It is still a thought while I work on my other pcb. Doesn't seem much interest yet although still early in the USA.
