MOSFET inductive kick causing alot of heat

    I'd LIKE to run it at 100kHz, but so far, I'm running it at about 1.5kHz. This is the minimum freq, unless I change out a resistor.

    Actually, I just changed the resister, and very little heat is being dissipated. The mosfets get a little warm with 35A going through them, but they seem to be holding up.

    I think things are working fairly well, but on the final design, I'll just have to de-rate the maximum current with respect to frequency. i.e., the higher the frequency, the less current the device can handle. So, at the lowest frequency(going to be 500Hz), the device should be able to handle the full 35A continuously. At 100kHz, I'd like it to be able to handle 20A.
