LTC1298 C Driver V2 (Please download new version if you have the V1)

Here is a driver for the LTC1298 12bit adc written in C.

Anything that needs to be changed let me know.

If you have downloaded V1, Please Download V2. It has improved documentation as well as static "Private" functions to be more compatable with other C objects and calls.
