USB Hub

Does the propeller plug (and for that matter, the SX-Key) care if it is connected to a powered USB hub? Since I sometimes have propeller and a SX-28 running at the same time use of a powered hub would be convenient although certainly not a necessity.
In reference to the Spin vs C issue, my first programming experiences were with Fortran IV on an IBM mainframe and BASIC on an HP minicomputer. After PCs came along, I used practically every version of Turbo Pascal that Borland released. One thing that I determined along the way: I REALLY HATE C! (Didn't care too much for LISP, APL, and PROLOG either!) Spin and SX/B are just fine with me.
