Hi All - Newbie here.

I want to 'outboard' the reset button on my Basic Stamp. Is there an easier way to do this rather than hacking into the bottom of the board and making my connections there?

p.s. As Mike pointed out, I forgot to mention a few particulars - I am using The Board of Education with a BS2.

    You didn't say what board you're using with the Stamp. Assuming you're using the Board of Education, you could force a reset by toggling the ATN line which is available on the DB-9 connector. Look at the schematic on pages 482 and 28 of the Basic Stamp Manual. It's not quite the same as hacking the Reset line, but it might do what you need.
