Com Port Problems
Hi everybody,
This is my first time posting anything, so I may mess up.
I am very new to· working with the SX Chip and programming for it. I have worked with BS1 & BS2 for over a year. I Purchased the···SX Tech Tool Kit . It came with a Robolympics Medallion. I Found a program for it, (robolympics.SX), so I figured I would just load it in and see how it worded. Well all I get is an error saying " unable to open com. port. I Have tryed on both my laptop and desktop computers to no avail. I have no problem with Basic Stamp programs. WHAT AM I DOING WRONG OR WHAT AM I MISSING????
I am sure it will be something simple to fix but I usually have problems with simple stuff. Thanks for any help I might get
PS: On the Lap top the configure shows no com port choices and on the dest top configure shows com1 and com3. None of which alows me to run the program. Thanks again.
