FlexiForce Sensor as depth sensor

Can it be done? I am looking for pressure - depth sensor for my ROV project. I have one FlexiForce Sensor it would be great if it fit in the project.

I have no experience with this sensor but from looking at the description I don't see why it wouldn't work. You would be limited to depths of around 200 ft.
