Where can I buy the MCU, IR sensor, PWM coprocessor and Basic Stamp ?

I want to buy some devices for my project including:

- Infrared sensor: GP2Y0A02YK
- MCU: Basix Stamp: BS2ssx-IC
- Coprocessor PWM: PAK - Va


I am afraid that the shipping cost is much higher if we buy these IC seperately. Does any people know where I can buy them at the same place?
