Speed controller for DC motor FK 180SH - 3541

Dear,
I have a DC motor FK 180SH - 3541. Some motor specification are:
+ Nominal voltage: 7.2V
+ No load: speed 30,000 rpm, current: 0.5A
+ Maximum efficiency: speed: 25,000RPM, current: 2.82A, output: 12.7W
+ At stall: current 15.8A, torque: 324g-cm
I would like to find a suitable for this DC motor. I wonder that whether ESC GWS ICS -400 can be used or not
Any suggestion is appreciate.
