problem with adc0831

I am using and adc0831 to read a load cell.The gain of the ad627 IA gives me a 0 to 5Vdc input. Everything works fine except when the input to the ADC goes from 3.2 to 3.3Vdc the bit stream out jumps from 160 to 190. it is progressive on either side of this jump.
I am lost.

    Sounds like something to do with a power rail. How do you have this connected and what are the power sources?
