Tried to get MCP3208 but they where expensive like hell to get so I got some MAX146 instead.

Is there anyone who have used this before and have a nice driver in SPIN or PASM?

Uh? At Digi-Key MAX146 is more than six times expensive than MCP3208. And if you only need a few: Microchip has a generous sampling policy.

Microship doesn't send sample to my country so I can't get samples for my project.

But Maxim send samples and that's where I got them.

Back to the question, does anyone have a driver for MAX146?

    Henke -

I am sorry, I don't have a driver for you, maybe we can make one together if no one else has one. What kind of update rate do you need? Creating a SPIN driver shouldn't be too hard, but wouldn't have a super fast update rate. An assembly driver could be faster if you need it.

WOW - I just looked at the prices of the MCP3208 vs MAX146 vs MAX147 - why such a large difference?

I really don't know why the price is that huge but now when I get som free samples it doesn't matter for now at least.

I need a pretty fast update rate, I will use this component to get a ditigal signal from a gyro so as fast as it can deliver digital information to me ;)

Started to write a PASM driver but the time is to short here :(
The driver should be really small and easy I'm short in time, there is to few hours per day ;)
