XT Power Supply Question

·Hello everyone,
I am trying to use an old XT power supply to power up a stepper motor controller I have.·
The power supply works fine and gives all the correct voltages. The problem is that the
power switch has to be held in the "on" position. And, it is NOT a momentary ON switch.
Does this have something to do with the "Power Good" signal on P8.1 pin? (see the
following)

Is there a way I can bypass this? or rewire it with a different on-off switch?
Any help would be great,
Randy
