Can someone please point me to the data sheets for these Parallax devices.... The Blue enhanced photo diode and the phototransistor...

The phototransistor was included in our "Industrial Control" text which was re-written and is now called "Process Control".· However, they eliminated the phototransistor from the "Process Control".·
