My PropTool has developed amblyopia--problem solved

I suspect that by just moving stuff around, I have somehow confused my Proptool.

When I'm in the tool... it sees some folders but not others at the same level.

For example, in my PropTool folder I have a folder called "Phil's motorola stuff" and inside that folder there is another folder... I can see both of them and all of the files inside them...from inside of the PropTool. But in the same folder as "Phil's motorola stuff" there are about a thousand other folders that the PropTool can't see unless I open one of the files by double clicking in Windows.

I've tried moving the folders around using Windows but nothing seems to help

?

That wasn't it... apparently, the PropTool keeps a log of files and when you move things around ... it doesn't know where things went. Once you the file it from Windows...then the PropTool keeps track of it forever.

I'm in the habit of opening files from Windows, so until I re-organized everything, I didn't notice it.

There's a little button above the folder view that lets you toggle 'Show All Folders'. Try clicking it and see if it fixes your problem.
