Debug/Terminal question

Hello guys,
I have a quite simple question yet, it will save me from a lot of troubles....

When I want to type something to the hyper terminal (I use Terminal v1.9b for data logging)
and I want to change line and/or clear screen.... what is the ASCII command I must use....
Is the BS2 debug commands working??? And if yes.... what is the hex equal of them????
This is what I really care for... Cause I'll be making a datalogger and
I need to compare the efficiency of some microcontroller and/or boards...

I need to clear the screen and use some other ASCII commands... but I need to know their HEX form....
I have founded this but does seem to help a lot...

Thanks in advance,

I don't know if this is what you are looking for or not, but I use this chart A LOT when programming the stamp using serial in and out commands.· It shows the dec, hex, oct, and characters.· It is attached as a PDF.
