I got $14 USD from the converter, but I'm not sure I'd order anything from them even if they do have fantastic prices. Their 'order' page looks a little shady (no security for one), and I don't think they'd deliver to the US. I don't understand most of their shipping instructions, but it appears its a pay on delivery and they use a specific shipping service (GLS ?). If you know somebody in Hungary this may be a good deal, though.
Did you notice that they have educators courses, and one of them is for the Propeller? Pretty neat, although students must have a difficult time reading the manual if they don't understand English.

But last year the USD was about 40% cheaper in Hungary. They purchased at that time. Combine this with some marketing and you can get the 13$ price.
A good reason to buy Hungarian...
