Is it possible to program a Stamp from another Stamp?

A friend of mine told me that this is possible but I haven't been able to confirm it. I've looked at all of the Nuts and Volts articles, searched the FAQ·and·the Parallax website and googled and found nothing on the subject. Any insight would be appreciated.
