You also need to order the female pin sets separately.

If you don't feel like constructing your own cables, Parallax's "LCD Extension Cables" (#805-00011 and #805-00012) are reasonably-priced alternatives that come with the Black/Red/White color-coded wire. If you don't need the connector at both ends, just cut one in half, and you'll have two cables.
The one disadvantage to the digikey version is that they are not 'keyed'. If you look closely at a servo connection two of the corners are chamfered to a 45 deg angle. This prevents them from being inserted into a radio controller improperly. If your just hooking them up to a header then these will do fine.
