Protoboard powering question

I was wondering if it would be possible to power the proto board throught the servo header.

    As long as you don't burn out the inductor or capacitor that's part of the filter for the servo headers you should be ok. You're either supply the 5V regulator with some voltage at around 6V or higher or bypass that regulator and supply regulated +5V to the rest of the Protoboard. The capacitor's rated at 10V, so anything up to 9V at the Vin setting should be ok.
