Is it possible to program other proto boards if i don't have the eeprom, and dip prop chip installed?

    Yes, I have done it by removing the DIP Prop and connecting the other board through a 0.5m shielded cable soldered (rx,tx,rst,gnd) to an other dip40 socket connected to the PDB (no need to remove the eeprom)

    Unfortunately the PDB's rs232 port have only the 2 channel max3232 so the dtr to reset the prop is not present
