Parallax Servo controller- usb

·I just bought a parallax servo controller, after setting up following the steps. And i can't operate my servo motor in real-time from the PSC GUI. Anyone can help ? Thanks

    Did you select the correct COM port?

    Can you post some details as to what is and is not happening? Are you able to downloand your code? Do you have new·batteries?
