high power "buffer" chips

Are there any ICs out there that are basically a bunch of SSRs on a chip?

I want input +3.3V, output·+60V, 3A but I have·a lot of digital I/o lines (40+).· I want on/off switching time to be 100kHz to 1MHz.

Any ideas?· I would think I could buy 60 power mosfets but then I need to figure out how to bias them properly.· Thanks.·

You're not likely to find them in multiples on a chip. There are high speed optoisolators available. You have to look carefully at their datasheets. Most ordinary optoisolators will not switch anywhere near 1MHz. They're also not likely to handle the amount of power you want or anything near that. A high speed optoisolator could drive a power MOSFET, but you'll need careful design to keep the speed up, probably you'll need a driver for that. I've seen people recently mention specific high side drivers that do not include the isolation, but I don't have the links to the threads.
