SXers,

I have eight (8) Robolympics Medals, silver color, at my desk. They consist of·three (3)·5x7 scrolling matrix LEDs.

For a while we put these in SX Tech Tool Kits, but now we've run out of this hardware so I've removed the remainder of medals from inventory.

You need CR-123 batteries http://www.parallax.com/Store/Accessories/Other/tabid/167/txtSearch/CR123/List/1/ProductID/442/Default.aspx?SortField=ProductName%2cProductName·preferably from Parallax (we've tested all of them, and the capacity and discharge of these $2.75 Rayovacs is the same as $8 Wal-Mart Energizers) or a 6V power supply.

If any customers in the USA want one please drop me an e-mail to kgracey@parallax.com and I'll send one off to you. Include your shipping address of course.

I will not reply to messages when these are gone, but I will post a "offer closed" reply on this thread. Therefore, check this thread before you send me an e-mail.

Sincerely,

Ken Gracey

Offer now closed. I was gone at lunch and rec'd 15 inquiries, so a few won't be so lucky this time because I was loathe to post this message.

I'll post the recipients here, by first name.

If anyone wants, I can give instructions on converting the medals to run off any 5-6v supply.

OK. These people will receive one via UPS:

    Chris I.
    Jeff L.
    Jeff T.
    Whit S.
    Dennis D.

I had only five, not eight. Maybe the tech guys thieved a few from me during lunch - not sure.

There will be more free treasures in the future, so check back often!
