Im not half bad and reverse engineering software.· Being a total noob with MCs I cut and paste chunks of applicable code·and edit as a rule for building my aplications for the BS2.· I have read three of the texts and am making some ground.· I just completed "Stamp Works" and succeffuly Used my PDB to com. with the Debug Terminal via the RS-232 port.· Yippie!· My plans to rule the world and automate my toilet will not succeed with the debug terminal alone, though.·· Does any one have an Visual Basic app out there that is really simple and editable that will interface (listen to) a com port on my windows based PC?
Even if a blank window pops up on my PC and says " BS2 detected!"· Id be on my way!..
Looking for········ simple_little_VB_App.exe· lol
thanks Guys and Gals.

The link below uses Visual Basic 4 to read the PC mouse and send signals to a Basic Stamp II which in turn control two servo's and a LASER.

Initially this thread starts out using QuickBasic4.5 talking to a Basic Stamp II and a few replies down I posted a Visual Basic version. Beyond Visual basic 4 though, I can't help you out.
